That's too subjective. There's too many to name. There are a lot of great Bassist's in Europe, especially in Italy.

How about Tal Wilkanfeld, played with Jeff Beck on Emotion and Commotion. CD never off my player at the moment with the bass turned up. Incredible bass lines and solos.
